My house in 20 years - or another lifetime!

 I often look at a space and think "never in a million years" - between, babies, dogs, and life in general it's hard to just decorate a space based on what looks good. It's all about how a household functions and for me personally that means spit up, dirty paws and a constant flow of people in and out. I wouldn't have it any other way, but I think these spaces below {which I drool over} are in my far future or another life time.

 

I write all this while juggling Jake on my lap, with the dogs running wild all around - and let's be honest as sophisticated and elegant as these spaces seem, my true love will always be colorful, casual interiors.
