3D Nursery Animal Art

I've had a few people ask me about the giraffe bust that I have hanging in my nursery {below}so I thought I would pass along the information and a few other options for fun animal art. The giraffe is from Anthropologie and I'm really happy with it - it's light weight, colorful and adds a bit of unexpected safari fun to my animal themed baby's room. More pictures to come soon.

Brass Creatures

I love a good brass creature. One here or there amongst accessories, only in small doses. It softens a space and brings a smile to my face {as I automatically name the creature, "that lion looks like a Larry"...}

Great options on Etsy.

Happy New Year!!

Hope you all had fun over the holidays, I can't believe how quickly it comes and goes...on to 2012, right? Well I had intentions of blogging last week, but got a little off track with my routine because Pat and I got two puppies!! We rescued them from Lonely Hearts Animal Rescue - sisters that they guess are jack russell terrier hound mixes from a litter of 9...they are so sweet and adorable, I had to share.

Meet Lady and Cisco!

They always curl up next to or on top of eachother. It's precious.

Lady loves to snuggle and play with her sister.

Cisco is a bouncy girl and loves belly rubs.

We are just in love with them!

Animal Art

I've always loved the idea of framed animal prints in a nursery/kids room. These are affordable, darling and oh so sweet...and of course they all come from Etsy.
