30 Day Countdown

{Warning: sappy post today!}

In exactly one month, Pat and I will be getting married! I'm a bit overwhelmed and recently had a few stressful moments, but overall feeling so thankful. We have such wonderful, helpful and gracious people involved in our big day and it's such a piece of mind.

And the best part to me, rain or shine, is getting to marry Pat. I could go on and on about him, but all I will say is that I'm such a lucky girl.

I can't wait to share pictures with you all - here are a few details for now...

Our cake will be similar to this one - three round tiers with swiss dots. We will also have our monogram on the top tier!

Along with the cake - a dessert table!! Yum!!

My sister designed our invitation - I love it!

My favorite part is the RSVP card!

I'm dying to show you my dress - but that will have to wait. Here is what our darling flower girl will wear...with our monogram on the sash. Love it! Find it here.

The ceremony will be at the Georgetown University Dahlgren Chapel - the inside is beautiful.

  5. How fun! My husband went to Georgetown and just sent a note to my parents with a photo of that chapel. Love to create a little illustration for your special day to use on the church program or at the sweet desert table. Let me know! My gift to the happy couple.
    Wishing you all the best.
